New Clients having chemical services requires a free consultation before booked. Please walk-in during business hours and first available stylist will see you. Be sure to bring any picture of inspiration with you. If you call salon please leave a message and your call will be returned by end of day.
All chemical services must have a non refundable deposit paid before service is booked. Require a free consultation.
The reason we do this is to insure highest quality of service for our clients and the time to give them excellent service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of HALF of the booked services total. This includes any Rescheduling appointments.
No showing an appointment will result in a fee of the FULL total of the booked services.
Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Shear Decadence Hair Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable. However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge, if we determine it is needed.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are getting a service. The salon is not a safe place for a child to wait for long periods of time. We get that life happens but if you have to bring your child, we ask that you please reschedule.
